Yomdel launches live email service

Yomdel, an online chat service for estate agents, has launched ‘Yomdel Live Email’.

The service provides a personal response to enquiries for house purchase through portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, according to the firm.

In addition, the live email can be used to book house viewings or valuations, and can be integrated with existing calendar software.

The company adds that the new system allows 100 per cent lead capture and can be used across multiple branches.

The service takes one two weeks to be set up, says Yomdel.

Yomdel chief executive and founder Andy Soloman comments: “This is vital now more than ever, as slower market conditions have seen many home sellers hold off from a sale and in addition to a smaller number of vendors.

“Particularly where property is concerned, that first contact point is extremely important and capturing that lead can be the difference between success and failure.

“We know that the portals deliver a huge amount of inbound leads but for many agencies there simply is not the capacity to qualify and pursue every single one.”
