West One Loans co-founder Duncan Kreeger is leaving the company to focus on other interests.
Kreeger says he always intended to leave the firm after it was bought by Enterprise Finance.
He says: “It was always my intention to step away from the business following West One’s successful integration with the group in 2014.
“Now is the right time to complete this transition, and for me to step down and focus on my wider business interests. I would like to thank all the people at West One for their hard work and contribution to the development of the business over the years.”
Enra Group chief executive Danny Waters says: “Duncan has made an enormous contribution to West One, not only in its creation, but also in helping successfully integrate the West One business into the group over the last two years.
“In that time, West One has grown exponentially, with the group’s loan book now exceeding £350m, and we have strengthened the management through integration with the group and strategic hires.
“On behalf of the business, I’d like to thank him for all the work he’s done, and we wish him well as he looks towards new business opportunities in other sectors.”
