West One Loans has announced the appointment of three new relationship managers.
The first, Kevin Glover, will cover the North of England and will focus on brokers who specialise in bridging and development finance.
He previously worked as a relationship manager in real estate finance at NatWest, a role he held for over 11 years. Before that, he worked at HSBC for nearly five years.
Sharon Clarke will work with second charge mortgage firms in South and South West of England. She has worked in the mortgage industry for 25 years, most recently at National Counties Building Society and AToM.
Pauline Rylands will also focus on second charge broker relationships, but this time across the north of England and Scotland. Rylands has experience working at Mint Bridging and Yorkshire Building Society, having spent nearly 23 years at the latter.
West One adds that Danny Scoltock has moved from the firm’s broker support team to become a BDM for East England with a focus on bridging and development finance as well as second charge mortgages.
West One Loans sales director Marie Grundy says: “With the continuing growth of the bridging, second charge mortgage and development finance markets – and the popularity of our product range in these sectors – it’s important that we have the right team in place to be able to support our broker partners.
“In Kevin, Sharon, Pauline and Danny, I know we’re bringing in relationship managers that have the experience and in-depth knowledge of the market that will add value to the team and the wider business.”
