TSB launches new products and rates

TSB has launched new products and reduced interest rates by up to 0.25 per cent on mortgages for home movers and remortgage borrowers.

The new products are as follows:

·         New three-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers, starting from 1.39% at 0-60% LTV.

·         New 10-year fixed rates with 10-year ERC for home movers and remortgage borrowers, starting from 2.34% at 0-60% LTV.

·         New £0 fee products for all buy to let mortgages for home movers and remortgage borrowers.

·         New two-year fixed rate, 3.99% at 90-95% LTV, for home movers.

Rate reductions apply to the following products:

·         Two-year fixed rates for home movers across all LTVs – reduced by up to 0.20%.

·         Five-year fixed rates for home movers at 85-95% LTV – reduced by up to 0.20%.

·         10-year fixed rates for home movers and remortgage borrowers at 0-85% LTV – reduced by up to 0.15%.

·         Two-year fixed rates for remortgage borrowers at 60-90% LTV – reduced by up to 0.20%.

·         Five-year fixed rates for remortgage borrowers across all LTVs – reduced by up to 0.25%.

TSB mortgage distribution director Roland McCormack says: “Our new mortgages and rate reductions are an example of us helping more people to borrow well and they are a welcome step for those looking to fix their monthly payments for a longer period of time.”
