TSB cuts high LTV rates by up to 40bps

TSB has cut its rates by up to 40 basis points for borrowers with a small deposit.

It has cut a 90 per cent LTV home mover two-year fix by 40 basis points to 2.79 per cent, with a £995 fee. A fee-free version has been cut by the same amount to 3.19 per cent.

The lender has also cut a 95 per cent LTV home mover two-year fix by 20 basis points to 3.59 per cent, with a £995 fee. A fee-free version has been cut by the same amount to 3.89 per cent.

TSB has also trimmed a number of 90 and 95 per cent home mover five-year fixes by up to 25 basis points and two 10-year fixes by up to 20 basis points.
