The Mortgage Lender confirms distributor panel


The Mortgage Lender has confirmed the eight specialist distributors it will use when it launches next month.

They are Brightstar, TFC Homeloans, 3mc, Residential Home Loans, All Types of Mortgages, Complete Mortgages and Loan Services, Solent Mortgage Services and The Mortgage Trading Company.

TML sales and marketing director Pete Thomson says: “Specialist distributors are key to our strategy of achieving market penetration for our products quickly. We’re delighted to be partnering with some of the best known names in the industry who have seen our plans and are keen to deal with a mortgage lender that has straightforward underwriting processes and a product range that will be keenly competitive.”

The team behind TML include former board members of Mortgages plc. It will offer mortgages to the self-employed, older borrowers and those with poor credit.

Mortgage Strategy first revealed that The Mortgage Lender was set to launch in February.
