Tesco Bank adds PTFS to broker panel

Tesco Bank has added Personal Touch Financial Services to its broker panel.
The new signing means the bank has 21 intermediary firms. It expects to announce more in the coming months.
Tesco Bank director of mortgages, savings and loans Julian Hartley says: “We are committed to helping Tesco customers’ purchase their own home and I am delighted with the additional of Personal Touch Financial Services to our intermediary panel.”
This month has seen several supermarket-owned lenders announce deals to expand their operation or widen distribution.
Earlier this week Sainsbury’s Bank added Mortgage Advice Bureau and Stonebridge Group to its broker panel.
Earlier this month Marks and Spencers Bank revealed it will introduce its first mortgage range early next year.
Tesco also unveiled a broker-only new build team earlier in October, designed to speed up applications.

Tesco Bank launches new sub-2% five-year fixes

Tesco Bank has introduced new five-year fixed rate remortgage products at 1.94 per cent and 1.99 per cent. The 1.94 per cent rate is available at 80 per cent with a £995 fee.
