Smartr365 launches new workflow tool

Smartr365 has announced the launch of MortgageKanban, a new mortgage application processing workflow tool.

The system assists brokers in managing mortgage applications by streamlining the process, according to Smartr365.

It adds that MortgageKanban structures the mortgage application process into a series of steps, giving an overview of all client cases, new leads, client meetings, DIPs, mortgage completions and payment of procuration fees.

Smartr365 says that MortgageKanban also provides automated email notifications regarding client review meetings and generates re-mortgage opportunities.

Commercial director Mark McKenna comments: “Smartr365 is committed to creating a frictionless, digital mortgage process.

“We’ve spent months researching and asking brokers what they would consider the fastest and easiest way to process a mortgage.

“We believe this is a step towards creating a fully digital mortgage experience, which we feel is going to be possible in the very near future.”
