Skipton unveils broker-only resi and BTL loans


Skipton Intermediaries has launched a range of broker-only fixed rate residential and buy-to-let products for purchase and remortgage.

Residential customers can get a two-year fix at 1.99 per cent to 90 per cent LTV with a £995 fee.

The fee-free option has a rate of 2.11 per cent to 85 per cent LTV with £350 cashback on a minimum loan of £80,000.

The three-year fix option is priced at 2.09 per cent to 80 per cent LTV.

Skipton’s new five-year products include a fee-free rate of 2.09 per cent to 75 per cent LTV for purchase and remortgage.

New fee-free five-year buy-to-let products for purchase and remortgage include a 2.53 per cent rate to 60 per cent LTV and 2.89 per cent to 75 per cent LTV.
