Skipton Building Society has launched a Twitter account to give broker support.
The account, @SBSBrokerHelp, goes live today.
A statement from Skipton says: “This will be purely to offer broker-focussed customer service on Twitter – we believe we are the first to do this on Twitter.”
The new channel is operated by Skipton’s broker support team.
The channel will take broker questions from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12pm on Saturday.
Skipton Intermediaries has also launched five new broker-only loans, including a two-year tracker with no early repayment charges.
These include two new build purchase products and a two-year fixed rate at 2.56 per cent to 90 per cent LTV with £500 cashback.
There is also a new five-year fix at 2.79 per cent to 90 per cent LTV with £1,000 cashback.
