SimplyBiz signs deal with Taylor Wimpey

Adviser support service provider SimplyBiz has signed a deal with major house builder Taylor Wimpey to use its new software, Zest, to administer employee benefits.

SimplyBiz acquired employee benefits firm Staffcare in 2013, relaunching its proposition as Zest with a new technology platform at the end of 2017.

It has announced a major deal for the business this morning, under which Taylor Wimpey has signed a three-year contract to help service its 5,000 staff.

The “SaaS” technology is described by SimplyBiz as a real-time software system to run employee goal-setting, project collaboration, performance appraisals, recognition and other staff benefits.

SimplyBiz joint chief executive Matt Timmins says: “We are delighted that Taylor Wimpey has engaged us to power its employee benefits offering via a multi-year agreement with Zest. Taylor Wimpey has an award-winning and well-defined process for delivering and administering employee benefits, and our technology and services are the ideal fit for their requirements.

“Taylor Wimpey is widely recognised by the likes of Glassdoor as being one of the best companies to work for in the UK. The fact that they have appointed Zest to help them to maintain their strong reputation through the implementation of our world-class employee benefits platform is a significant endorsement of the Zest solution.”
