PTFS links up with retirement loan sourcing system AIR

Equity-release-house-home-700.jpgEquity release and retirement lending sourcing system, AIR Sourcing, has signed a new partnership with Personal Touch Financial Services

From December 1, AIR Sourcing will be available to all Personal Touch-approved equity release advisers.

As part of the new relationship, AIR Sourcing is providing a white-label version of the system to PTFS. Members will also receive training on the system as well as having direct access to its support desk and all of the market-leading products available via the software.

AIR Sourcing was launched by Answers in Retirement Ltd in May this year. It says it now has 1,500 registered users carrying out 1,600 sourcing sessions each month.

The system is available to registered advisers free of charge and offers products with enhanced terms for members of the Equity Release Club and Later Life Academy.

AIR marketing and distribution direction Ray McCarthy says: “We recently brought AIR Sourcing to PTFS and were incredibly encouraged by the hugely positive response we received from the team there.”

PTFS member services and IT director David Edwards says: “As a client-centric business, it is important that we have robust innovative systems in place, especially in this new digital age.”
