Project Etopia appoints new chief real estate officer

Project Etopia has announced the appointment of Andrew Southern as its new chief real estate officer.

He has also been appointed to the firm’s board.

Southern has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having worked at Hadley Property Group, Hadley Mace, Catesby Property Group, and more recently Southern Grove which he founded.

Project Etopia chief executive Joseph Daniels comments: “Southern has a track record to be proud of in the property industry, with a determination to achieve the very best with each development he undertakes.

“He is constantly moving forward and striving to set even higher standards. It is fantastic to have that dynamism and ambition in-house to help drive Etopia forward.”

Southern says: “I am attracted to the high-quality ideals and ambitions of Project Etopia to create large scale developments that are not only functional and affordable but desirable and exciting.

“I honed my skills working on unique regeneration projects in the UK and it is Etopia’s strident idealism that has drawn me to Daniels and the team.
“The UK’s housing crisis can only be solved with a new approach.”
