Project Etopia appoints Lord Stanley Fink as chairman

Project Etopia has appointed Lord Stanley Fink, the firm’s main investor, as chairman.

According to the firm, Fink, in he’s new position will be taking a more hands on role, acting as an off-site construction specialist.

Prior to this appointment Fink was a Conservative Party treasurer, and more recently chairman of ISAM Europe.

Project Etopia chief executive Joseph Daniels comments: “Having the financial backing of Fink was a coup and to now have him aboard as a fully-fledged executive is an opportunity no entrepreneur in their right mind would miss.

“Fink’s experience of building and growing companies is going to prove invaluable to us as an executive team.”

Fink says: “I remain utterly convinced that off-site construction will prove to be a major part of the solution to the housing shortage in Britain.

“Etopia’s challenge will be to keep pace with demand and forge a path in modern construction methods.

“By taking up the position of chairman I am going to do everything in my power to ensure this team and this company fulfils its unique potential.”
