Precise Mortgages hires new Scotland BDM

Precise Mortgages has announced the appointment of Michael Walsh (pictured), who will work as a new dedicated business development manager.

The specialist lender’s latest catch will be a familiar name to people who’ve dealt with Intelligent Finance, St James’s Place Bank, BM Solutions and Santander, all of which he has worked at over a near-20 year career so far.

Walsh’s beat will cover all postcodes in Ayrshire, Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Tayside, and the Paisley PA1 and PA19 postcodes.

Precise Mortgages head of sales Jamie Pritchard says: “I’m excited to have someone as experienced and respected in the broker and mortgage community as Michael Walsh to help support and promote Precise Mortgages in Scotland.

“His appointment underlines the importance in supporting brokers across the areas of the UK we lend in, and he’ll add value in promoting specialist lending across buy to let and residential mortgages, bridging finance and second charge loans.”

The lender adds that Walsh will be speaking at two workshops for brokers on 20 and 21 November, hosted in Edinburgh and Glasgow, respectively.
