Openwork adds Nottingham Building Society to panel


Openwork has added Nottingham Building Society to its lender panel.

Nottingham Building Society head of intermediary sales Nikki Warren-Dean says: “Working with Openwork is a major development for The Nottingham and a key part of our growth plan.

“We are looking at all opportunities to increase our business and offer an even better service.”

Openwork proposition director Paul Shearman says: “With a strong residential and buy-to-let product range and a great brand within its geographical heartland, I am confident that The Nottingham’s appointment will be very well received.”

Newcastle Intermediaries has introduced a three-year fixed mortgage product exclusive to Openwork. The loan is 2.05 per cent to 80 per cent LTV and has no arrangement fee.
