Octopus Property boosts management team

Business-Handshake-Finance-Deal-700.jpgSpecialist lender Octopus Property has made three new senior appointments.

Darius Shekarrizi will be the company’s new business development manager for the South East. He joins from bridging lender Oblix Capital, where he was the BDM for London and the South East.

Octopus has also announced that Mert Zabci will join as commercial investment manager. Zabci previously worked in the real estate private equity team at RBS.

Octopus has also promoted Daniel Murray to head of London sales. Murray joined the company in March 2015, and was most recently the business development manager for the East region. In his new role he will manage the London BDMs while overseeing the growth of Octopus Property’s network of brokers in the region.

Over recent months a number of Octopus employees have moved to rival firm Octane Capital.
