Nottingham BS adds four more mortgage clubs to distribution panel

Nottingham Building Society is now distributing through three more mortgage clubs, with an additional one to be added next week.

The lender is selling its products through Next Intelligence, TMA and PMS from today and the fourth, Paradigm, will be added next Monday.

The lender says the additions now let it sell through all directly-authorised mortgage brokers.

Nottingham Building Society corporate accounts manager Deborah Reeves (pictured) says: “Following on from our annual results announcement and outstanding business performance we are delighted to continue to grow our mortgage club distribution.

“We want to help as many brokers as we can and allow them access to our range of products for their clients. These additions further enhance our strategic plans and give us complete DA coverage.”

Last week Nottingham announced it was launching two self-build mortgages through new build advice website BuildStore.

Why we all need to back the housing underdog

The UK loves an underdog. There is something irresistible about the story of the little guy standing up to the established players and leaving them with a bloody nose, whether it is Henry Cooper putting Muhammad Ali on the mat or the Wallabies trouncing the Kiwis in rugby.
