Newcastle Intermediaries launches new range


Newcastle Intermediaries has launched ten new mortgage products, including two remortgage exclusives.

The remortgage products are a 1.79 per cent loan up to 60 per cent LTV and one at 1.83 per cent up to 70 per cent LTV.

Both products have no product fees, a free standard valuation up to £500,000 and free legal fees.

Both these rates are also available for house purchases and remortgagors with a free valuation and £200 cashback.

Newcastle now also has a ten-year fixed-year loan at 2.86 per cent up to 80 per cent LTV.

The loan has fees of £999.

The lender has also introduced a two-year fix at 3.24 per cent up to 95 per cent LTV.

Newcastle Intermediaries head of mortgage distribution Steve Carruthers says: “We’ve reassessed our entire mortgage range and have introduced products that are even more relevant to the marketplace.

“We feel it’s important to offer products across the LTV range, while catering to the individual needs of borrowers by offering fees assisted alternatives where they may need to free up cash during the move.”
