Newbury Building Society join’s Twenty7Tec’s MortgageApply

Newbury Building Society has joined Twenty7Tec’s new online application process MortgageApply.

The system helps intermediaries helps intermediaries to save time when placing applications with lenders by allowing them to connect directly to lenders without having to login to each lender’s individual portal.

Brokers can then track their submissions from application through to case completion.

The system also enables lenders to centrally review all application documents in one central place, making their process more efficient.

Newbury Building Society lending manager Roger Knight says: “Providing intermediaries with choices in how they can do business with us is a key part of our service strategy. MortgageApply is a quick and effective system for intermediaries to use, making the process easier for everyone.

“We are committed to providing an excellent service and our joining Twenty7Tec’s application MortgageApply demonstrates this.”

Twenty7Tec head of lender relationships Melanie Spencer says: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Roger and the team at Newbury, and we are delighted to see yet another building society embracing technology and providing a seamless application submission journey for mortgage intermediaries.”
