NatWest Intermediary Solutions is appointing two new business development managers and a sales development manager.
Neelam Chohan and Carly Gibb are the new BDMs, while Scott Kennedy has taken a newly-created sales development position within the sales management team.
Chohan will look after brokers in the Reading and Swindon areas. She has been with NatWest for 12 years and was previously a personal mortgage adviser.
Gibb will be the NatWest broker contact for Essex and East London, and joins from New Homes Group, where she was mortgage & protection adviser.
Kennedy managed a field BDM team at NatWest between 2013-15 and a telephone-based BDM team between 2009-2010.
In his new role, he will work closely with head of sales Mark Bullard to develop the sales and sales management teams.
Bullard says: “The new role that Scott is filling is focused on supporting our future growth plans. He has a huge amount of experience in the intermediary mortgage sector and his skills will help us to make further progress enhancing the service we deliver to brokers.
