Mortgage Brain appoints new chief technical officer

Mortgage Brain has appointed Ken Deegan as its new chief technical officer.

Deegan has over 20 years’ experience in IT and is a certified scrum master.

He has previously held positions at Close Brothers Premium Finance, Mott MacDonald, Fourth Hospitality and Central Bank of Ireland.

Mortgage Brain chief executive Mark Lofthouse says: “Innovation and delivery through technology is at the top of the mortgage industry’s agenda and our continued investment in our proposition is key to keeping us at the forefront.

“As CTO, Deegan is instrumental to the leadership team as we continue to evolve the business and develop technology solutions to shape and drive the industry.”
