Mint Bridging launches free valuation Easter sale

Bridging lender Mint Bridging has launched an ‘Easter sale’ that gives free valuations from 14 March until 30 April.

The deal applies to all new loan enquiries that are completed before 15 May 2018.

The offer is open to new and existing introducers.

Mint Bridging will credit back all valuation fees to the borrower’s account once eligible loans complete. 

Mint Bridging head of sales Sinead Moynihan says: “Our experienced team of underwriters are ready to accommodate all enquiries. With a maximum loan size of £5m, we are looking forward to some high-value opportunities.”
