Metro Bank cuts five-year fixed rates

Metro Bank has cut rates across its five-year-fixed rate residential range by up to 0.15 per cent.

The changes take place today on residential loans for less than £2m.

The range includes rates of 1.74 per cent on a 65 per cent LTV loan and 1.84 per cent on a 70 per cent LTV option.

The changes also include rates of 2.04 per cent on a 75 per cent LTV mortgage.

Earlier this year Metro Bank launched two five-year fixed rate loans through Mortgage Intelligence.
