Lloyds offers £500 cashback on remortgages

Lloyds Bank is offering £500 cashback for those remortgaging from another lender before 2 January 2017.

The offer applies to remortgage two-year fixes at 2.84 per cent to 75 per cent LTV.

The deal also applies to two-year fixed loans at 2.99 per cent to 80 per cent LTV and a five-year fix at 2.94 per cent to 60 per cent LTV.

Club Lloyds current account holders can also get a 0.20 per cent discount off their mortgage.

The lender is also paying basic legal fees, giving a free property assessment, not charging a mortgage account fee and not charging a product fee on some mortgages.
