L&G Mortgage Club has added LV= to its direct-to-lender panel for later life loans.

The panel already has Hodge Lifetime, L&G Home Finance, Pure Retirement and More 2 Life.

The panel is part of L&G’s Later Life Lending Hub that lets advisers submit cases to lenders or master brokers.

L&G Mortgage Club director Jeremy Duncombe says: “I am delighted to announce that LV= will be joining our Later Life Lending Hub.

“The addition of LV= follows on from our direct-to-lender second charge panel, complementing the master broker panels we have for both propositions. We ensure we supply choice for brokers, however they wish to access lenders.”

LV= head of retirement solutions products Vanessa Owen says: “We believe that the club will extend the reach of equity release products to a greater number of advisers and therefore additional consumers which should encourage growth in the sector.

“We firmly believe in quality advice standards and hope to work with the club in order to support advisers as they grow their businesses.”
