L&G announces amendments to SmartrCriteria

Legal & General Mortgage Club has announced amendments to SmartrCriteria.

According to the firm, the changes are to simplify and speed up the application process.

The amendments include advisers now being able to access their proc fee history within ‘ClubHub’.

In addition, the system will provide a criteria search on a specific customer to assist advisers finding lenders that deal with certain types of business.

The firm has also added hyperlinks to the results page, and advisers will now be able to print out lender outcomes, according to L&G.

Legal & General Mortgage Club director Kevin Roberts comments: “At Legal & General Mortgage Club we are keen to make things as straightforward as possible for advisers, allowing them to spend more time on giving advice.

“We have listened to feedback from our members and will continue to make enhancements to our proposition to ensure the best possible outcomes for advisers and ultimately the end customer.”
