Leek United doubles cashback offer

The building society has boosted the cashback on its two-year fix at 95 per cent LTV from £500 to £1000.

This residential mortgage has a rate of 3.79 per cent, and does not have any product or application fees.

It is available to both first- and second-time buyers, and can also be used by those purchasing a new build property.

Leek United’s revamped mortgage range also includes two-year fixed and discounted residential deals, a five-year residential fix, help to buy and buy-to-let offers.
