Leeds Building Society reduces 10-year fixed rates

Leeds Building Society has reduced the rates on its 10-year fixes alongside upping the LTV on one product by 10 per cent.

Both mortgages are available for both new residential purchases and remortgage applications, and the changes are as follows:

The 65 per cent LTV has been upped to 75 per cent LTV and received a rate cut from 2.84 per cent to 2.59 per cent. It includes a free standard valuation, fees assisted and £999 product fee.

The 75 per cent LTV, meanwhile, has had a rate cut from 2.89 per cent to 2.69 per cent. This product also comes with a free standard valuation, fees assisted, and has no product fee.

The maximum loan is set at £1m, and 10 per cent capital over-repayments are allowed each year.
