Knowledge Bank 40% price cut made permanent

Knowledge Bank has announced that the reduced prices that marked its “12 Days of Christmas” campaign, announced in late November, are now permanent.

This means that the price of both monthly and annual subscriptions have been cut by up to 40 per cent, with the cost of a single broker monthly subscription now £14.99 plus VAT and an annual subscription at £149.99 plus VAT.

Knowledge Bank adds that firms with five or more brokers will benefit from further discounts.

Chief executive Nicola Firth says: “When we launched Knowledge Bank in September 2017, we had always planned to reduce prices once we had reached a certain number of subscriptions. And now, thanks to all the support we have received from the industry, we are at a size where we are able to pass our cost savings straight onto brokers.

“This reduction in prices will make Knowledge Bank at the very least cost neutral and will save brokers money when combined with the amount of time it saves them to carry out a search.”

In late 2018 Knowledge Bank reported that it had expanded its offering to include two new lending types to its system: bridging and commercial.
