Keystone introduces new cashback deal

Keystone has announced the launch of a new cashback purchase-only product range.

Products within the range include a 65 per cent LTV two-year fix at 2.99 per cent, and a 75 per cent LTV three-year fix at 3.44 per cent.

The buy-to-lt lender has also launched a 75 per cent LTV five-year fix at 3.54 per cent.

The deals include a £1,250 cashback incentive on loans between £250,001 and £1m, or £750 on loans valued at £250,000 or less.

The products are available to individuals or limited companies.

The lender adds that the new range runs until 31 July 2019.

Keystone sales and marketing director Phil Riches says: “After running the cashback range for almost two months we received a lot of positive feedback from brokers and have decided to reintroduce this purchase only range.

“This range will mirror the standard and specialist rates which were reduced on 28 May, to continue assisting brokers and their clients purchasing in the BTL market.”
