Keystone added to Brilliant Solutions panel

Brilliant Solutions has added specialist lender Keystone Property Finance to its panel.

Brilliant Solutions members will now have direct access to Keystone’s Classic Range, which the lender says is aimed at investors with more complex borrowing requirements, such as portfolio landlords.

Members must register with Keystone before they can submit or track cases, with registration forms available on the lender’s website.

Brilliant Solutions managing director Matthew Arena says the firm remains committed to helping brokers with challenging cases, adding: “As the buy to let market becomes more challenging, specialist solutions such as the products offered by Keystone and the expert support available through Brilliant are becoming more and more important for brokers and their clients.”

Keystone head of sales Phil Riches says the lender has focused on making the application process as streamlined as possible for brokers, particularly on portfolio landlord cases.

He continues: “We do not require a business plan or cash flow forecast in the first instance and we have a technical solution which converts clients’ portfolio spreadsheets into the correct format for underwriting – saving brokers and investors valuable time.”
