Just Mortgages offers new-build leads to brokers

New build leads are to be made available to self-employed brokers working with Just Mortgages through the firm’s new build division.

Just Mortgages says that brokers will be given the opportunity to work on allocated developments originating from 25 developers across 150 UK-wide sites.

Those who sign up to the scheme will cover these developments for nine months and earn 60 per cent commission, it adds.

Head of new build Paul Wilson says: “This offers the potential for hundreds of new leads, so a fantastic opportunity for any self-employed brokers looking to boost their businesses.”

Meanwhile, Just Mortgages head of the self-employed division Carl Parker adds, “We obviously want to encourage as many of our 190 self-employed brokers to sign up as we can, as this offers a great opportunity for them.

“We are also keen to speak to any brokers, particularly those already self-employed, that want more support than they are currently getting.”
