It will also create a full audit history to meet the necessary scheme governance standards and help employers source the right qualifying pension scheme.
The service will allow businesses to fully outsource all aspects of administration, data validation, managing opt-outs and opt-ins, creation and delivery of statutory communications and registration of the scheme with the Pensions Regulator. The managed auto-enrolment service has been designed specifically for the 600,000 smaller businesses that face staging dates in the next two years.

Alistair Denton, managing director — employee benefits at Edenred, said: ‘Smaller businesses need a solution they can trust to take away the risk, hassle and challenges associated with pensions auto-enrolment. The managed auto-enrolment service we are offering with Johnson Fleming is designed to do just that and ensure that smaller businesses are able to hit their pensions staging dates with the minimum of disruption, distraction and cost.’

David Roderick, development director at Johnson Fleming, added: ‘Any business going through auto-enrolment needs to choose a partner they can trust. The managed auto-enrolment service we are offering through Edenred has been tried and tested on the 75,000 employees in larger businesses who have already been through the process with us. Not only is this a solution that works, it is one that is based on knowledge of the areas where employers need the greatest support and advice.’
