John Charcol has relaunched its Partner Network on a nationwide basis, with the aim of bringing more self-employed brokers under its brand.
Brokers who are interested in working under the John Charcol name will be able to choose from two packages that incorporate varying levels of marketing, compliance, technical, and administrate support. The deals also include client ownership terms and a non-compete clause in case a broker decides to leave.
Members of the network will be able to work regionally or from London, in John Charcol’s head office.
The broker says that network members will be able to retain their independence, as well as enjoy a commission rate of 85 per cent across mortgage, protection, and any ancillary sales income.
Chief commercial officer Luke Somerset says: “This new proposition is designed to help others become more successful and profitable by trading under the John Charcol brand.
“In doing so, advisers will have more time to grow their business whilst benefiting from highly competitive commission rates and trading under one of the most recognisable brands in the mortgage industry”.
