John Charcol appoints Alan Young as director of partnerships

John Charcol has appointed Alan Young as director of partnerships to help grow and develop their proposition.

Young was previously managing director of GoTo Mortgages and prior to that was business development director at Uls technology.

Young says: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to work for a company with such a strong heritage and brand reputation as John Charcol and look forward to working with them to grow and develop their proposition.

“I have admired from afar how they have taken huge strides in the last two years, especially with the acquisition of Simply Finance, and the opportunity to be a part of this journey was one I couldn’t turn down.”
