NatWest Intermediary Solutions has added three business development managers to its telephone-based broker support team.

Phillipa Healey joins with more than 23 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including her most recent role as an adviser for Halifax. She has also previously managed a regional team at M&S Bank.

Lorraine Howard is joining the BDM team from NatWest’s retail arm, where she worked as an in-branch mortgage adviser. Prior to working in financial services, Howard spent 18 years in the food and drink sector, managing a number of successful restaurants.

Finally, Kerry Wright joins from Norwich & Peterbrough BS where she has worked for the last two years as a branch mortgage adviser.

NatWest Intermediary Solutions head of sales Mark Bullard says: “We know from the feedback we get from brokers just how much they value a good BDM. This further bolstering of our BDM support underlines our commitment to the intermediary market; in fact we have increased the number of BDMs we employ by 30 per cent in the last 12 months.”
