Leeds launches 3-year fix at 3.24%

Leeds Building Society has launched a three-year fixed rate at 3.24 per cent, including an offer of £1,000 cashback.

The new product is available to 80 per cent LTV and includes a free standard valuation with a £199 product fee attached. Remortgage borrowers are also offered free legal services.

Leeds BS general manager for business development Martin Richardson says: “Many borrowers, particularly those who are remortgaging, are looking to minimise their costs around taking out a new home loan so a competitive rate, paired with £1,000 cashback and the other benefits of this deal, makes an appealing combination.”
