Dudley BS appoints 3mc to distribution panel

Dudley Building Society has appointed mortgage distributor 3mc to its panel.

The addition of 3mc takes the Dudley BS distributor panel to 10, after the lender moved to an intermediary-only distribution channel in 2013 with an initial panel of seven.

Dudley BS intermediary relationship manager Gordon Rae says: “This appointment is another step in our strategy of appointing distributors to our panel who share the same philosophy in terms of customer care as well as helping us build our mortgage book.”

3mc managing director Doug Hall adds: “The Dudley has a deserved reputation for service and the kind of common sense approach to underwriting that has sadly been abandoned by many mainstream lenders.

“Building societies have an important role to play in a 21st century lending market and the Dudley is an excellent example of how a small lender can provide advisers with a resource that can make all the difference to a wide range of clients.”
