Accord launches zero completion fee B2L deals

Accord Buy to Let has launched three new mortgage deals with zero completion fees and £500 cashback.

The products include a two-year fix at 3.79 per cent, a three-year fix at 4.09 per cent and five-year fix at 4.69 per cent.

All products come with a maximum LTV of 75 per cent and product fee of £195.

Accord Buy to Let’s national account manager Chris Maggs says: “These mortgages should really appeal to those customers who are looking to keep the up-front costs of buying a new buy-to-let property, or remortgaging an existing one, to a minimum.”
