Leeds BS launches five-year fix B2L deal at 4.99%

Leeds Building Society is launching a five-year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgage with a rate of 4.99%.

The product is available up to 70% LTV and comes with a £199 booking fee and £1,100 completion fee.

A fees-assisted version of the deal is also available, which has a rate of 5.49%, a £199 booking fee, no completion fee, a free standard valuation up to £335, and free in-house legals for standard remortgages.

Kim Rebecchi, sales and marketing director at Leeds Building Society, says: “We have delivered certainty and peace of mind, not only in terms of a fixed monthly payment but also with a fixed fee. Clearly, this is of significant benefit to those landlords looking to budget and manage their portfolio.

“We believe it’s a very good time to lock into a low fixed rate, and this product will attract professional landlords who may wish to move onto a highly competitive rate and fix their monthly commitments.”
