Abbey launches three-year fix for existing home movers

Abbey for Intermediaries has today launched a new Loyal Mover mortgage for existing borrowers who are moving home.

The three-year fix has a rate of 4.09% and no fee, and is available up to 85% LTV.

The product comes with Abbey’s homebuyer solution, which offers a free standard valuation and £250 cashback on completion.

Abbey is also offering a reduction of £500 on the fees of its other Loyal Mover products.

Miguel Sard, managing director of Abbey, says: “We are delighted to enhance our Loyal Movers range with the launch of a highly competitive three-year fix with no fee, and reduced fees across the rest of the range.

“Intermediaries continue to receive a full proc fee when their clients take a product from this exclusive range and we expect these latest deals to be well received.”
