Foreign funding service launched for brokers

Connect Overseas, the international mortgage specialist, is launching a service for brokers requiring comprehensive funding options for clients making an overseas home purchase.

Geoffrey Simmonds, head of sales and marketing at Connect, says the broker community has not had proper access to information on foreign mortgages without having to go through hoops to obtain it.

He says: “We want to offer brokers access to information that other providers were not willing to divulge at the outset of an enquiry, which can be frustrating and time consuming for brokers.

Simmonds says it has a website and full telephone back up service for brokers who need extra guidance.

He adds: “Sourcing overseas mortgages should be as easy as for domestic mortgages and at Connect Overseas we believe that we have a facility that all brokers will want to use.”
