Mortgage27 secures investment from Verso Capital Partners

Mortgage27 has secured what it describes as significant investment from Verso Capital Partners, a US based venture capital Company, through its BVI registered Technology Ventures fund.

The investment is planned to help fund the further development and rapid roll out and penetration of Mortgage27’s online mortgage sourcing tools, data and services across its prospective customer base.

James Sadler, co-founder and managing director of Mortage27, says: “The investment by Verso Capital is fantastic news for the business, our customers and the Mortgage27 team.

“The investment is well timed, as the online mortgage sourcing market becomes the principal mainstream means of accessing mortgage information and solutions for our lenders, B2B clients and their B2C consumers alike.

“At the same time the number of mortgage applications is on the rise, indicating early positive signs of recovery for the property market.”
