Jon Round, chief executive of First Complete says, “We’ve really had a record start to the year, not only on mortgages, but particularly regarding life sales.  We have implemented a number of new training schemes and other initiatives to help our advisers and it is really paying off, with the advisers in our network going from strength to strength.

“The results show just what a huge way we’ve come in the last two years.”
