PMS launches exclusive discounted rates

PMS is launching two discounted rate deals through Hinckley & Rugby Building Society.

The first is a two-year discounted deal at 3.45% at up to 80% LTV and the second is a two-year discounted deal at 3.95% at up to 85% LTV.

Both deals have no early repayment charges.

Both deals come with a free valuation and remortgage clients also have access to free legals.

A spokesman for PMS says: “It is good to see that building societies are still prepared to offer competitive products and I expect these exclusive deals to be popular.”
