Paradigm adds Kensington to panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage partnership proposition, has added Kensington to its lender panel.

Kensington’s prime range of mortgage products look beyond the surface of clients’ circumstances to offer transparent criteria and competitive fixed rates for residential and buy-to-let deals. . 

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, says: “Competition in the mortgage market continues to grow and we have seen a number of mortgage lenders returning to the sector in the last few months.  Paradigm is committed to ensuring our members have access to a wide range of lenders and products ranges which will ensure they can meet their client’s needs in what continues to be a tight marketplace.

C&G unveils two-year tracker from 0.49%

Cheltenham & Gloucester has launched a two-year tracker at 0.01% below the Bank of England base rate, available at 85% and 90% LTV. This rate only lasts until December 31 2010, at which point it jumps to base rate plus 5.49% until July 31 2012.
