Enness Private Clients partners with Aston Chase

Enness Private Clients has entered into a strategic partnership with Regent’s Park-based property agents Aston Chase.

Aston Chase will introduce mortgage and finance enquiries from its customers to Enness under the terms of the new agreement.

Aston Chase director Mark Pollack says: “This strategic partnership allows us to cater for all of our customers’ needs, from finding their home to sourcing the finance to help them make it a reality, in the most efficient way.

“Given the average value of the properties we represent, it made sense to team up with a brokerage such as Enness that specialises in high value finance and we are confident that the arrangement will be beneficial to both parties.”

Enness Private Clients managing director Hugh Wade-Jones says: “This relationship will allow Enness access to high net-worth individuals buying in Prime London and means that customers can enjoy the same high level of service and expertise when finding their home alongside arranging the finance to pay for it.

“We expect significant success with this new agreement and look forward to a long and successful relationship servicing the needs of Aston Chase’s clients.”
