Coventry Intermediaries launches 75% LTV range

Coventry Intermediaries has launched a range of two and five-year fixed rates at 75 per cent LTV starting from 2.49 per cent.

A two-year fixed rate of 2.49 per cent is now available with a £199 booking fee and £800 arrangement fee.

A five-year fixed rate of 3.09 per cent is also being introduced today with the same fee arrangements.

Both products are subject to an early repayment charge of 3 per cent of balance.
