AToM offers 1.5% proc fee

All Types of Mortgages is offering brokers a 1.5% proc fee on cases placed today through Precise Mortgages’ short-term lending range.

AToM will have Roger Morris, sales director and Gareth Lewis, head of sales at Precise Mortgages onsite all day to speak with brokers and intermediaries about near prime residential mortgages and short term lending.

Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM says: “It’s great that Roger and Gareth are giving us their expertise for a full day.

“Short-term lending is flourishing and demand is high.  So, to support their initiative, and for one day only, on all DIP’s placed through the Precise Mortgages exclusive short-term lending range on the March 28, AToM will pay a huge 1.5% proc fee on cases that subsequently complete.”

In addition, AToM and Precise Mortgages will be hosting a short- term lending/chain break finance presentation at the AToM offices in Horsham, West Sussex from 6.30pm with invites open to all local estate agents, IFAs, mortgage brokers and those interested in finding out more about this area of the mortgage market. 

Eddie Goldsmith, partner at Goldsmith Williams will also be onsite to discuss the Precise Mortgages new joint legal representation service.
